Flat Out Pizza

Pizza is one of everybody’s favorite foods, but it is also one of the foods that can really pack on some calories. Luckily, I am here to give you the best of both worlds with my super quick, easy and delicious flat out pizza recipe!

Yet again, this is a recipe that can (and should) be personalized to fit your own flavor preferences. These are just the guidelines-you apply the creativity!

Here are a few of my creations:

Here’s what you need:
1 tortilla (or “Flat Out Wrap,” my personal favorite way to make a pizza)
Your favorite marinara or pizza sauce
About 1/4 to 1/2 cup of your favorite cheese(s)
Oregano (to taste)
Toppings! (Bell pepper, kale, mango, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions or WHATEVER)

1. Preheat the oven to about 375-400 degrees
2. Lay down wax paper over a cookie sheet
3. Lay the tortilla out of the cookie sheet, spread sauce around (leaving room around the edges and top with all other toppings)
4. Cook pizza until the tortilla or wrap is crispy (not floppy), 8-12 minutes.
